We love sharing our faith with others, but we also know from our own experience that many people need time and space to think through the message of the Bible for themselves. So if you want to explore what Christianity offers, we think you’ll find Bethel a great place to do that. If you want to just listen, that’s fine or if you’ve got questions, we’ll do our best to help. If you’ve got struggles with the big questions in life — why does God allow suffering? what about science and the Bible? is hell real? — then we’d be delighted to take the time to help you find answers to those questions. And, if you’ve problems that no-one else seems to be able to help with — perhaps a bereavement, family crisis, or spiralling debts — then you’ll find Bethel a place where you can not only get emotional and practical support, but spiritual help, too. Unlike many other places of support, we care for mind, body and soul, which is why many people have found Bethel to be not only a port in a storm, but also a place to find answers to some of the toughest problems around.
If you’ve got questions about the Christian faith, or you’re looking for spiritual help, a great place to start would be by giving us a call, or popping into our coffee morning or a Sunday service, which you can do any time.
But several times a year we also run special events or short courses that are designed especially for those who want to explore Christianity for themselves. Those that are planned are listed below, but if you’re keen to get started, just get in touch.
