Ephesians 2:1–3 (Listen)

2:1 And you were dead in the trespasses and sins 2 in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience—3 among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the flesh and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind.

Oasis
Oasis is a weekly meeting for bible-study and fellowship. It takes place on most Tuesday afternoons between 2:00 and 3:30 (with breaks for school holidays). Each week a different guest speaker brings a word from the Bible, and there's plenty of time for fellowship over a cup of tea and a cake.

Alison and Kevin’s story

“Our Christian faith has helped us every single day – if we hadn’t known that God is with us even in the most difficult times, we would probably never have been able to cope. ”

Life has not been easy for either of us, but looking back, we can see that God has always been good to us. Our Christian faith has helped us every single day – if we hadn’t known that God is with us even in the most difficult times, we would probably never have been able to cope. And we’re able to testify that although our faith has been tested by the deaths of our spouses, God has seen us through, and we know that they are in a far better place because their trust and hope was also in Jesus Christ alone.
